Cristina is the founder of Liberation Leadership, a liberatory based coaching & consulting practice that supports non-profit leaders and organizations with staff training, capacity building and 1:1 executive coaching and mentorship to help their teams with leadership development, culture change, communications and thought partnership.

I work with mission driven leaders, those working to drive social, racial and economic justice in the areas of anti-violence, reproductive rights, LGBTQ, women and migrant rights, education, philanthropy and others advancing a liberation-focused vision, to help them overcome low staff morale, build trust, create more cohesion between staff and leadership, and improve communication among the leadership team, board and staff, so that they can shift their culture to one of connection and harmony where all feel seen and heard and are excited to be there and keep growing with the organization.

I use an anti-oppressive, healing justice and liberatory approach to help leaders align their values with their leadership identity so that they can advance a greater collective mission and vision and drive transformative change across their organizations and in their communities.
