But what if there was a different way? In our final summer session, we’ll explore how to shift from reactive leadership to regenerative culture-building. Learn how to anchor your organizational strategy in sustainability, shared power, and liberatory values that actually support the people doing the work.

Leadership in this moment is heavier than ever. You’re being asked to do more with less,

keep staff engaged through burnout, make tough calls under political pressure, and carry a vision that

may no longer align with your team or your board, all while still delivering on the mission.

Not to mention carrying all the emotional weight.

Why?

Because leading in the nonprofit sector has never felt more uncertain, requiring leaders to navigate

competing values, staff well-being, and organizational sustainability all amidst rising political tensions.

Executive Directors & senior leaders are being asked to hold more responsibility, nuance, pressure,

now all under the looming threats to funding.
