Hi, I’m Cristina! A liberation & leadership coach, consultant and facilitator dedicated to helping you redefine your Leadership Identity & be able to lead with ease, power & conviction.
I believe that our stories need to be elevated in all corners of society and that the key to reclaiming all parts of who we are is by leading with our own unique voices and staying rooted in the richness of our multidimensional identities and cultures.
In 2018 I began speaking about this on my social media and at various events in Los Angeles and Chicago, and soon I began to be hired for public speaking engagements. This is what gave me the confidence and inspiration to keep growing and developing myself as a leader, soon realizing that I was serving in the capacity of Leadership Coach. It was a gift bestowed upon me, one that I grew into and gladly accepted.
Today, this dream has fully blossomed into Liberation Leadership, a coaching and consulting practice helping Leaders and Entrepreneurs from across the U.S. I am honored to serve so many amazing souls wanting to transform their lives and the lives of others by stepping fully into the Visionary Leaders they have always been.
As a daughter of immigrants, I believe we bring a wealth of wisdom passed down by our ancestral lineage. We hold an inherent power waiting to be fully cultivated and harnessed. Sadly, I spent a significant portion of my life not knowing this. Not feeling that I was enough, much less powerful. It wasn’t until I continued to work on my own healing journey that opened up so many other dimensions to myself that I did not existed.
Working with BIPOC leaders has given me the opportunity to fully embrace this power and explore a deeper layer of myself and my own leadership abilities and talents. This journey has also opened up a deeper empathy and compassion for myself that I was lacking before. It has translated into being able to hold space for others and facilitate a space confidently.
Liberation Leadership was born out of a passion to revolutionize the leadership space and the way that leaders show up in the world.
Identity has always been at the core of my work which began as a journaling space to process & has since turned into a LIBERATION LEADERSHIP Coaching & Consulting business.
Whether I am teaching on internalized oppression, working with you to show up as a more self assured & grounded Leader, or helping you move through the beginning stages of building your own business, IDENTITY is a huge chunk of my work.
It was and is where I move from because I know that systemic oppression was/still is the real culprit.
It is the reason so many of us shrivel ourselves, diminishing our voices & power along the way. While many of us struggle with identity issues, this manifests itself by continually questioning who we are and if what we bring to the table is “good enough.”
I wanted to revolutionize how we think of ourselves in the context of our identities because if we can do that, then we actually dismantle these power structures from within, while becoming the embodiment of the radical liberation we need and want for ourselves and for the collective.
When you walk thru the world with a sense of ownership for who you are, grounded firmly in your own power, you begin to move in ways that are considered fierce & bold, unapologetically centering yourself and your innate wisdom which simply means you are WHOLE.
